University of Wolverhampton students are gearing up to celebrate the completion of their course with the annual School of Art & Design Degree Show.
The School has opened its doors to the public for the show, which features work from some of the brightest new designers in the country. There have been exhibitions of finalists work in the Art and Design building since 1969 with an estimated 8,000 plus students exhibiting.
This year artwork from over 300 students across 12 BA (Hons) & BDes (Hons) courses embracing Design & Applied Arts, Digital Media, Fine Art & Photography and Visual Communication is on display.
To celebrate 40 years of art and design in the iconic building, there will be a series of events throughout the academic year. Tracy McCoy, Senior Lecturer in Video and Film Production along with Don Adamson, Undergraduate Programme Manager have developed a website that archives the history of the school www.40ad.co.uk.
The Degree Show also coincides with a University Open Day on Saturday 11th June
