There's lots of help available if you have problems getting connected to the networks, or with using them.
During September, there are some sessions running at City and Walsall campuses to help you get connected. If you can't make those, have a look at the Troubleshooting Guide for answers to common problems.
If you live in University accommodation, the Accommodation Services Networks Advisor may be able to assist. Ring 01902-321268 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to make an appointment. They will try and assist with basic queries about installation and connection, although they will not be able to help with general PC problems.
Staff on the IT Service Desk will do their best to help you - ring 01902-322000, or ext 2000.

All support will be on a best efforts basis, and the University cannot guarantee to resolve all failed attempts to connect, as there are so many different types of PC and wireless adapter, nor be held responsible for any consequential damage or loss of data.
The University doesn't have the resources to help you get wireless working on your computer, but staff will try to assist you once your device can see the University wireless network. If you have problems seeing the University wireless network, have a look at the advice in the Troubleshooting Guide.
