How do I use PCounter for Photocopying
You can photocopy on the Multi Function Devices (MFDs), which are in various locations across the University.
To photocopy, you need a University Print/Copy Card that has been linked to your PCounter account, and you also need enough credit in your PCounter account to pay for your photocopying.
- Swipe your Print/Copy Card in the reader attached to the MFD - remember to swipe with the magnetic stripe to the right. You'll see how much credit you've got in your PCounter account displayed on the card reader's screen. If you don't have any money in your PCounter account, or your balance is less than the price of one copy, you'll see a message saying 'Insufficient Funds'.
- Choose the option to Copy on the card reader
- Use the touchscreen on the MFD to select your options, then press the green button on the MFD to start copying

VERY IMPORTANT: When you've finished copying, press the red finish button. If you don't, the next person to use the MFD could use your PCounter credit to pay for their copying.
