Where can I use PCounter to print or photocopy?

The following table shows where you can use PCounter, and the approximate number of printers/MFDs in each location.

MFDs are Multi-Function Devices that can be used for printing and photocopying in black and white or colour. All the prints for a group of MFDs go in to a print queue called a Pull Queue.

All the MFDs in a particular location have the same Pull Queue or printer name, so to print to any of the MFDs in your location, just send your print job to the correct MFD Pull Queue, (see table below). Then swipe your University card on the reader attached to any MFD in your Pull Queue location to release your printing.
