PCounter is software used to manage printing and photocopying.

All students get a PCounter Account automatically when they register for an IT Account. You can top this up with cash or using a debit/credit card online.

You can print from any PC in PCounter areas, so long as your online PCounter account is in credit. Your PCounter account is also used to pay for photocopying on the Multi Function Devices (MFDs), which can be used for printing and photocopying.

Printing

As long as you have available credit in your account and you are using a printer or MFD connected to the PCounter network, you can work and print anywhere.

Photocopying

If you want to photocopy, you need your University Card. You must have credit in your account to use it.
